In 2006, Alhagbani co-founded Fitness Time, which, under his astute leadership, grew from a single club to the largest chain in the Middle East and the 15th largest globally by 2018, boasting an impressive 150 clubs. During his tenure as CEO from 2015 to 2018, he steered Fitness Time to unprecedented success.
Setting New Standards
Following the triumphant IPO of Fitness Time on the Saudi Stock Exchange in September 2018, Alhagbani launched Armah Sports Co, introducing the groundbreaking “Smart Clubs” concept to redefine the market.

In a historic move in November 2023, Alhagbani orchestrated the IPO for Armah Sports, making history in the fitness industry by taking two fitness chains public within a mere five-year timeframe.

Apart from his role at Armah Sports Co, Alhagbani serves as a board member at Al-Hilal Saudi Football Club, a member of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic for Women in Sports Committee, and a member of REX Roundtables for Executives. This global group of 17 fitness club owners and CEOs convenes regularly to exchange insights and shape the future of the industry.

Alhagbani’s remarkable career in fitness began in 1996 as a receptionist at Body Masters, founded by his brother Abdulmohsen Alhagbani. He steadily climbed the ranks to become the director of operations, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills.
Education and Ambition
A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer and IT administration and management from King Saud University, Alhagbani is currently pursuing an executive MBA from HEC Paris with a specialization in board governance, further enriching his expertise and vision for the future.
