By prioritizing risk aversion and focusing on staff development, Baghdadi has propelled Alinma’s revenue channels to new heights, expanding its geographical exposure and offering tailored solutions to clients.
Under his leadership, Alinma has emerged as one of the top asset managers in the market, pioneering innovative initiatives such as issuing the world’s largest sovereign sukuk ETF.
