Saudi Al Jouf Cement Co. Partners with Italy’s Webuild SpA for NEOM Projects
In a groundbreaking collaboration, NEOM projects are set to receive cement worth SR104 million ($27.7 million) as Saudi Arabia’s Al Jouf Cement Co. partners with Italy’s Webuild SpA.
The Saudi company has officially entered into an agreement with Webuild SpA, marking a significant milestone in the development of various projects.
Al Jouf detailed in a statement released on Tadawul that the contract duration is 41 months from the date of signing, with provisions for increased quantities.
Anticipating a positive impact on its financial statements starting from the third quarter of this year, Al Jouf expects the benefits to extend throughout the contract period.
NEOM: A Visionary Project at the Northern Tip of the Red Sea
Situated at the northern tip of the Red Sea, NEOM is Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion giga-project, positioned east of Egypt and south of Jordan.
NEOM is home to innovative projects like The Line, which spans 170 kilometers, 500 meters above the sea, and features a unique mirrored structure.
Additionally, Trojena, located 50 kilometers from the Gulf of Aqaba coast, covers a mountainous area of nearly 60 sq. kilometers with elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,600 meters.
NEOM Expands with New Marina and Luxury Resort Developments
In recent announcements, NEOM revealed plans for a new marina and community called Jaumur on the Gulf of Aqaba, offering exclusive residential options for over 6,000 residents.
The luxury destination will feature a marina promenade, 500 marina apartments, and around 700 luxury villas, providing a premium lifestyle experience.
Moreover, NEOM is partnering with Equinox Hotels to open a resort on the Gulf of Aqaba coast as part of the Magna development, enriching the region with world-class hospitality offerings.
Emirates Steel and Eversendai Collaborate on NEOM Trojena Ski Village
Emirates Steel, a key player in the steel and building materials industry, has teamed up with Eversendai to construct the NEOM Trojena Ski Village, adding a new dimension to the diverse offerings within the NEOM project.
