Royal Visit to Saudi Olympic Athletes

In a display of royal support, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, chairman of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, paid a visit to the nation’s athletes at their accommodation ahead of the 33rd Summer Olympic Games.

The delegation, consisting of ten athletes – seven men and three women, will be representing Saudi Arabia in four different sporting codes: athletics, equestrian, swimming, and taekwondo, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

Prince Abdulaziz took the opportunity to address the athletes, highlighting the significance of their first Olympic participation as a major milestone in their careers.

With unwavering confidence, he expressed his belief that the athletes will showcase their talent and skills on the global stage, bringing honor and pride to their country.
