The collaboration will see Riyadh Air building a data analytics platform and developing artificial intelligence solutions to enhance guest experience and optimize operations.
With these new instruments in place, Riyadh Air aims to achieve hyper-personalization and provide a seamless digital-first experience to its guests. By leveraging intelligent channels, the airline plans to redefine travel standards and set new benchmarks for innovation in the airline sector.
Abe Dev, Vice President of Digital and Innovation at Riyadh Air, expressed his excitement about the partnership, highlighting the airline’s commitment to offering personalized services ahead of its maiden flight in 2025.
