Tariq bin Mohammed Al-Harbi, the Vice President for Operations at RIPC, highlighted the gradual issuance of licenses to ensure market responsiveness. The center is focused on enhancing efficiency and expediting processes through direct electronic interfaces with relevant entities, enabling instant data verification. This approach will streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness.

Al-Harbi outlined the diverse objectives of the center, including improving infrastructure project planning and execution, promoting collaboration among stakeholders, and establishing strategic partnerships.
