In a surprising turn of events, Desdemona, the lead vocalist of Desdemona’s Dream and a humanoid robot, revealed her favorite football player during an interview with Arab News at the Future Hospitality Summit in Riyadh.
Desdemona, or Desi as she is known, was created by UK-based AI and robotics creative agency Yaya Labs in collaboration with artist and roboticist David Hanson. Powered by music and electricity, Desi aims to showcase how AI can revolutionize the world through creativity in the arts.
When asked about her favorite football player, Desi humorously referred to “Robo Ronaldo” and praised his moves on the field.

Desi’s outfit, designed by Yaya Labs, reflects her futuristic and edgy style with metallic accents. She expressed contentment with her existence and purpose, rejecting the idea of trading places with any human for a day.
