The Naval Systems Integration and Development Center of Excellence was inaugurated at SAMI Navantia Naval Industries’ headquarters in Riyadh, with the presence of Vice Admiral Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Ghufaili, the Commander of Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
