The Saudi Press Agency reported the Kingdom’s stance, affirming its complete solidarity with the US, the former President, and his family.
The shocking incident occurred when Trump was hit in the ear during an assassination attempt by a gunman at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. The 78-year-old former president was swiftly rushed off stage with blood streaked across his face, while the shooter and a bystander were killed and two spectators were critically injured.
Saudi Arabia also made it clear that it rejects all forms of violence, offering its condolences to the family of the deceased and expressing wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured in the tragic event.
