In a bold statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riyadh expressed its strong condemnation of an Israeli strike that tragically took the lives of seven aid workers from a US-based charity in the Gaza Strip.

Targeting Humanitarian Aid

The Saudi government denounced the attack on the World Central Kitchen convoy, calling it a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and part of a disturbing pattern of Israeli aggression.

International Outcry

The incident sparked outrage around the world as it claimed the lives of individuals from various countries, including Australia, Britain, Poland, and Palestinians, as well as a dual US-Canadian citizen.

Saudi Arabia urged the international community to step in and put an end to such violations, protect civilians and humanitarian workers, and ensure the delivery of urgent aid to alleviate the crisis in Gaza.

Organization of Islamic Cooperation Speaks Out

The OIC also condemned the attack, highlighting Israel’s ongoing disregard for international laws and norms and calling for immediate action to stop the aggression and safeguard the lives of those in need in Gaza.
