The esteemed gathering was graced by the presence of Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, the deputy minister of defense, alongside the esteemed Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili.

Adding to the aura of importance were the attendance of the assistant minister of defense for executive affairs, Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, and the director general of the office of the minister of defense, Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif.
