Riyadh Crackdown: Over 10,000 Violators Arrested in Joint Security Raids
Joint field security campaigns were launched across the Kingdom in a fierce crackdown to apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security laws.

From June 13-19, a total of 10,917 individuals were apprehended, with 6,969 arrests linked to residency law violations, 2,967 to border security breaches, and 981 to labor law infractions.
Border Crossings
Of the total arrested, 1,100 were nabbed while attempting to cross the Kingdom’s borders illegally. Among them, 26% were Yemeni nationals, 72% were Ethiopians, and 2% hailed from other countries. Additionally, 44 individuals were caught trying to exit Saudi Arabia unlawfully.
Harboring Criminals
One individual was apprehended for aiding and abetting violators of residency, work, and border security regulations. The crackdown sends a strong message that the Kingdom is serious about enforcing its laws and maintaining security.
