Stunning Chanel Paris Runway with Loli Bahia and Nora Attal

Fashion Stars Shine Bright on Chanel Runway

Dubai: The spotlight was on French Algerian model Loli Bahia and British Moroccan catwalk star Nora Attal as they graced the Chanel runway during Paris Fashion Week to showcase the brand’s fall/winter 2024-2025 collection.

Bahia exuded elegance in a two-piece ensemble featuring a tailored buttoned jacket paired with a knee-length skirt in delicate tweed fabric, adorned with subtle black tassel details. Her look was completed with black ribbon bow accents in her hair and strappy heels.

Attal stole the show in a dazzling black jacket embellished with intricate sequin and beadwork, creating a floral motif with a hint of shimmer. Paired with a classic black skirt, her look was elevated with large black ribbon bows in her hair and open-toe heels.

The haute couture show came after the departure of creative director Virginie Viard, who had led the brand to record sales of nearly $20 billion. The collection showcased at the Opera Garnier featured a blend of sophistication and theatricality, with a focus on intricate craftsmanship and luxurious materials such as feathers, tassels, and embroidered flowers.

While the collection highlighted scooped necklines and banded shoulders, it also showcased a slightly disparate feel that lacked a singular aesthetic anchor. Chanel paid tribute to the artisans behind the scenes, celebrating the ateliers of the “petites mains” who bring the brand’s creations to life.
