Dutch Moroccan Egyptian Model Imaan Hammam Shines in Swarovski’s Spring 2024 Campaign
Imaan Hammam, the Dutch Moroccan Egyptian model, is the star of Austrian jewelry label Swarovski’s latest campaign for the Spring 2024 collection. Photographed by Steven Meisel, the campaign showcases Hammam alongside models Irina Shayk, Karlie Kloss, Fei Fei Sun, and Abby Champion, all transformed into mythical sea creatures.
Venus Reimagined by Swarovski’s Spring/Summer 2024 Collection
The campaign reimagines Venus as a collection of bejeweled modern muses, each representing different facets of contemporary womanhood. Swarovski’s Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert described the campaign as a dream of an underwater universe, exploring the timeless Venus archetype through a modern lens.
Imaan Hammam in Jacquemus’ “Les Sculptures” Campaign
Last week, Hammam also starred in Jacquemus’ latest campaign, “Les Sculptures.” The images, shared on both Hammam’s and the brand’s Instagram pages, show the model posing on pedestals in Paris, showcasing the label’s newest collection.
In one shot, Hammam wore a printed black-and-white coat with a distinct collar and sleeves, reminiscent of a design seen on Gigi Hadid. Another image featured Hammam in a figure-hugging black dress with a hood covering half her face.
This collaboration is not Hammam’s first with Jacquemus. In 2021, she appeared in the brand’s Spring 2021 campaign alongside Nora Attal and Malika El-Maslouhi. Hammam’s previous runway appearance for Jacquemus in July 2020 also left a lasting impression.
Jacquemus, founded in 2009, has experienced rapid growth, attributed in part to the founder’s engaging social media presence that sets the brand apart in the fashion world.
