Princess Nourah University Staff Enhance Training Skills
In a bid to boost their training and development skills, staff at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University recently participated in a series of intensive training programs.
The university’s Deanship of Quality and Development organized a comprehensive six-day “Training of Trainers” program. This program delved into theories of learning, the needs of trainers, communication skills, training material design, performance evaluation, and workshop management.
Additionally, a three-day “Preparation of Training Packages” program was provided to equip staff with the practical knowledge needed to create effective training programs. Topics covered included curriculum development, objective setting, training methods, and program organization.
These initiatives are part of the university’s Strategic Plan 2025, which focuses on achieving excellence in teaching and learning through professional support, career guidance, and improved knowledge and skills.
