Saudi Arabia’s Manufacturing Sector Woos German Companies

During a trade show in Frankfurt, the Kingdom’s deputy industry minister, Engineer Khalil Ibrahim bin Salamah, showcased investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s manufacturing sector to a group of German companies.

Representatives from renowned firms like the GEA Group, LINDE, and IMA engaged in discussions with Bin Salamah to strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the minister emphasized increasing cooperation with business leaders and highlighted the Kingdom’s industrial sector’s most promising investment prospects.

The meetings took place on the sidelines of ACHEMA, a prestigious global trade show for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry.

Bin Salamah also toured prominent German petrochemical factories, including Sanofi, focusing on fostering innovation, sustainability, and exploring opportunities to localize pharmaceutical industries.

Additionally, he held productive discussions with representatives from global giants like Jagdamba Enterprise, Baker Hughes, and Panametrics, further solidifying the foundation for future collaborations.
