Parties involved will explore the establishment of an economic center dedicated to e-commerce and distribution. This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services’ plans to enhance supply chains, attract investments, and facilitate trade in line with the National Transport and Logistics Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
Creating a Global Logistics Hub
A key focus of the agreement is the establishment of a logistics center at King Salman International Airport, aimed at strengthening distribution ties between China and Saudi Arabia. This move is set to position the Kingdom as a pivotal regional hub for air freight, according to SPA.
